The island currently imports nearly 85% of its food despite having favorable climate advantages and available talent for innovation.
This is due to long-standing economic pressures, extractive food production practices, and inaccessible capital resources.

The total addressable change in the market is estimated at 30%. Backed by our partners and collaborators for the collective impact to contribute 10% towards this shift. Our impact network includes multi-crop producers, innovation hubs, value-add manufacturers, and distributors. In order to achieve this, we must raise awareness and:
Create higher access to regenerative capital products
Invest in de-risking and scaling sustainable practices
Support farming, energy, and entrepreneurial programs or hubs
Close the gap between the consumer and their food source to create new co-investors
