We are Annalicia & David Alvarez Geeter, sibling co-founders and millennial members of the Puerto Rican Diaspora. We are experts in human-centered and systems design across multiple industries and sectors (social & private). Our collective backgrounds are in strategic consulting, systems & service design, sustainability advisory, and business & impact modeling.

Our work aims to shift the ratio of imported products, services, and solutions to higher exports here in Puerto Rico. We achieve this by helping new and existing impact businesses and projects de-risk & scale their business models in a sustainable fashion while unlocking the critical capital needed for growth.

Throughout our careers, we have supported the raise of over 3.5 million in capital and developed over 20 million in product & project portfolios.

We represent a generation of people who due to economic & social challenges have been forced not only to be resourceful but resilient. We believe their resiliency has positioned them to be leaders and future innovators of emerging impact/ESG markets.
